The DTG print module for Linx gives full control to the product designers and repeatability to production. The software automatically converts the PNG art file to the required file type for the printer. Within the Rules Engine the size of the image is determined by the garment type and the print location. The image quality is predetermined and the operator need only scan the barcode and the image will print with all the parameters needed. Once the garment has been sent to the printer, Linx will update to show that it has been completed. The Rule Engine allows for the preset of all garments and art files. The garment style and size, the art size, the location, and the print quality are all stored so that each garment is printed at the same quality as done previously without production floor modifications or tracking. Just scan and print.
